Don’t you just love sunny Sundays? I do, and I got to spend this one in San Diego, again. This time, we went to Balboa park where I got to visit the Natural History Museum. I gotta say, it was pretty cool. My favorite part of the museum was definitely the photography exhibit. Each year, the museum hold an international photography competition where amateur and professional photographers are given the opportunity to have their picture hung in the gallery. And you know what the fun part is? You get to vote for 1 photo out the 72 dressing up the walls. Just pick up the small piece of paper at the beginning of the gallery, write the photo’s information on it and put it the box. It’s as simple as that (and pretty fun). The gallery features landscape, wildlife, flora and some nature-based impressionistic images. It’s a great opportunity for any aspiring photographer and a great place to visit for everybody else. Go check it out if you have time.
As for the outfit, I kept it casual and decided to wear my new boyfriend pants from American Eagle paired with a simple white tee. I’ve been waiting for them to come out with classic boyfriend pants/jean (no holes, not distressed) for a while now. They finally did and I was so happy, I grabbed 2 pairs. The black one and the olive one. I’m glad I did because these are the most comfortable pants I’ve worn in a long time. They seem to fit a bit large on me, so I’m thinking I should have gone with a size 0 instead. Still, I love them!
